 Fifa 14 is a soccer based video game. Fifa 14 was developed by EA Canada, and published by Electronics Arts. It is available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This game was released on September 27th, 2013. The game has extremely advanced good graphics, so it looks very realistic. Fifa 14 will also be released on the new Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The video game has clever controls, too, which makes it easy and fun to play. You can pick up Fifa 14 for $59.99 at your local Gamestop.

They generally reside in the more remote areas of North America, Asia, Europe, and North Africa. Gray wolves travel in packs, consisting of their mate and its offspring. The animal is also a known apex predator in its area, the only real threat to them being humans. There have been reports that these creatures have attacked and even killed people, but this is now uncommon considering humans are taught to fear/stay away from them, and wolves tend to stay away from people. Though wolves may be a cousin to the smaller coyote and jackals, they are considerably much larger due to the fact that they have needed to adapt to catch larger prey. Yet, even with all of these studies done on gray wolves, some information remains unknown about them. All that we can do is clutch onto the valuable information that we have now.
 Call of Duty Black Ops II is a massively multiplayer online game . It has zombies, which is about people from history, that they've made in a game fighting zombies. You can buy new map packs and experience everything that you've never before. This game, when it first came out, costs $59.99 in stores, now it costs $34.99.
The first Call of Duty Black Ops, costs about $17.99 used and $20.00 new. If you like massively multiplayer online games, I guarantee this is a game for you!  Stony Point Academy students are doing a Coat Drive. They are trying to get as many sweaters/coats as possible. You can donate your sweaters at the SPA office between now and November 11th. We hope you can donate them!
 This beautiful project was the work of Jessica in Mr. Kriner's history class. The assignment was to build a model of a mosque, which is an Islamic house of worship.
 The new iPad Air was to be announced on October 22th. This new device Air is introducing much lighter, and a higher quality, A7 chip with the beautifully intensive iOS 7. It has the height of 7.5 millimeters, and weighs 1 pound with the stunning display. The battery goes up to 10 hours, with 2x graphics performance. When the iPad Air was released, hundreds of people in San Francisco lined up outside Apple stores just to get one of them.
 The first book that I recently read is a book named Dork Diaries.
The book is written similar to a diary and is by Rachel Renee Russell. It is about a girl named Nikki and a popular girl in school named Mackenzie. Mackenzie was known as a pop star in school, and was horribly mean to Nikki. Nikki had a crush on Brandon, and so did Mackenzie. Because of this, Mackenzie wanted to keep Brandon away from Nikki just so she can have Brandon all to herself. It's really about Nikki's life in a diary. It's very similar to Diary of A Wimpy Kid. In Dork Diaries, Nikki gets bullied by Mackenzie and Mackenzie was known as the most popular girl in school. I highly recommend this book, Dork Diaries to people who is a fan of Diary Of A Wimpy Kid and loves comedy! One of the electives in SPA is 4H. 4H is an elective where students from SPA play activities and fundraise for our school. Students will knit things for people in shelters, make hats and blankets for kids that have cancer, and get more volunteers so the students in 4H can learn new things. Lastly, they are going to learn about life and giving to people, and leadership. Elected officers, otherwise known as our president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer, made students sign contracts on what they will have to do to stay in 4H. The students in 4H will get a college scholarship if they are in 4H for 4 total years. A club leader is also there to supervise when they are attending fundraisers and other events.
 Pandas are endangered because people are hunting for them for their precious fur. Their fur is being used to make clothes. They are endangered because of powerful predators,too. Pandas are only found in central-western and southwestern China. When people go to the wild and see a panda, they usually think it’s dangerous. They would kill it with different kinds of weapons. Panda mothers are known to be careless, so it’s often that they would sit on their babies, causing them to suffocate. There are an estimated 1,600 pandas, as of 2004.
There are scientists breeding pandas, but some pandas that are born don’t survive the process. Pandas have a diet that includes eating types of grass wild tubers, and even meat in the form of birds, rodents, or carrion. If they are captivated, they may receive honey, eggs, fish, yams, shrub leaves, oranges, or bananas, along with other specially prepared food. People think that they since they have diets, that’s why they’re on the endangered species list. Other people think that when they’re born, the baby panda doesn’t make it in the wild. People think that hunters lay their traps in the wild, and when baby pandas are born, they walk into a trap and instantly die. That’s true. Adult pandas can walk into a trap and die,too. |
